For the SEVENTH day…
You will need some bubble bath and the following printable. Leave this package on their doorstep the night of the 18th. I bet they are going crazy trying to figure out who is leaving all this awesome stuff on their doorstep. Be on your toes, they’re bound to try and catch you in the act!

My house is a major peanut butter house, so I pretty much can guarantee any cookie with peanut butter in it is not going to last long!
Of course, there is still a division when it comes to fruit and nuts, so I always have to make some ‘with’ and some ‘without’. {I’m sure I’m not the only one with this challenge!}
That’s exactly what I did with these cookies. I made two dozen before I added the dried cranberries and walnuts.
Cranberry Walnut Oatmeal Peanut Butter Cookies

Yields 2 dozen
Ingredients
- 1/2 C shortening
- 1/2 C butter, softened
- 1 C packed brown sugar
- 3/4 C white sugar
- 1 C peanut butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 C all purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 C quick cooking oats
- 1/2-3/4 C dries cranberries
- 1/2-3/4 C chopped walnuts
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350º
- Cream shortening, butter, sugars and peanut butter
- Beat in eggs one at a time until blended
- Combine flour, baking soda and salt
- Stir into creamed mixture
- Mix in oats, cranberries and walnuts just until combined
- Drop by rounded teaspoon fulls onto ungreased baking sheet
- Bake for 11-13 min, or until LIGHT brown. Do no over-bake, cookies will firm-up as they cool
- Cool about 2 min on baking sheet before transferring to wire rack to cool completely
- Store in airtight container

The amount of nuts and cranberries is personal preference
