** This is to be delivered late-night on the 23rd so that they wake up to it on Christmas Eve. Then, that evening, between 6-7 pm {or whatever time is convenient for your family, and you know they will be home} you will take a plate of cookies/goodies to them. But instead of leaving them at the door, you will ring the bell and sing “We Wish You a Merry Christmas” when they answer. This, of course, will reveal you are the ‘Secret Santa’ who has been leaving all the goodies!**
When I saw this bag of cherry chips {I know, right?!} I knew I wanted to use them somehow. But I wasn’t sure exactly what to do. After thinking about it for a while, I made my decision.
And then I dropped the ball, and had to go with something easier. So, after taking inventory of my supplies {and finding someone had gotten into them} I made my {second} decision.
