Spicy Buffalo Chicken Dip is packed with shredded chicken and has the perfect kick for your next gathering!
Last month, I got to spend time with a very good friend. We were both headed to a conference in Atlanta {where she lives}, and so I went a day early so we could spend some extra time together. We picked up a bottle of wine, because that’s what we do, and some buffalo chicken dip to enjoy before dinner.
I have to say, this dip was fabulous. If I hadn’t been worried about looking like a ravenous pig, I would have eaten the whole thing. Seriously. About a week after I got home, I was craving this stuff, bad.
Luckily, I had what I needed to replicate the recipe. Oh, man, it was even better than what we got at the store. Unfortunately, the kids were home, so I had to share, but they loved it, too.
It only takes three ingredients and about 15 minutes to make. You can make a single batch for yourself {and maybe share with someone} or double the recipe to enjoy with cocktails and friends.
