Relatively easy to make, this pumpkin spice orzo pudding is super creamy and totally delicious, where cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger add fabulous Fall flavors.

Ingredients
- 3 1/2 Cups cooked Orzo pasta
- 2 1/2 C milk
- 2 1/2 Cups heavy cream
- 2/3 Cup sugar
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- gGround cinnamon for garnish, if desired
Instructions
- Bring Orzo, milk, cram, sugar and salt to a simmer over medium heat in a heavy sauce pan
- Stir occasionally
- Lower temp to bring to a slow simmer and cook until thickened, about 35 minutes; stir frequently
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla, cinnamon and pumpkin pie spice
- Allow to cool slightly before transferring into serving dishes
- Top with ground cinnamon, if desired
