This dessert was originally called ‘orange salad’, but, I thought ‘Orange Dream’ was a better fit because it really is a dream.
It’s light and creamy and the cracker crust adds a nice crunch. With just a little chill time and no baking required, this is perfect for summer and makes enough to feed a crowd.
Orange Dream
Orange Dream is rich, creamy and loaded with Mandarin oranges! Perfect for summer!

Ingredients
- 60 butter crackers, crushed
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 1/4 C sugar
- 1 Sm can frozen orange juice
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 16 oz container of whipped topping, thawed
- 1 C mandarin oranges
Instructions
- Combine first three ingredients in a medium bowl; press onto bottom of 9 x 13 pan, reserving some for the top
- Mix orange juice and sweetened condensed milk until well combined.
- Add whipped topping, carefully folding into orange juice mixture. Fold in oranges
- Spread into pan; sprinkle with remaining cracker mixture, cover and refrigerate until chilled, about 30 minutes
