Neiman Marcus dip recipe’s combination of almonds, bacon, cheese, green onion, and mayo is an award-winning flavor explosion. It’s the ultimate appetizer recipe you are going to want to make.
Confession. When I first made this dip, I wasn’t sure it was going to taste all that great.
For starters, it’s got mayo in it. And not just a little mayo, it’s got a ton of it.
Second, I got hung up on other stuff after I made it and waited two days to photograph it. Two.days.
When I finally got around to actually tasting this Neiman Marcus dip, holy freaking crap.
This stuff is like crack. I mean, I literally had to fend my husband and daughter off because they kept wanting to eat more before I was finished taking photos.
Tip: Use Real Bacon In Neiman Marcus Dip
It ended with me yelling at her to back off and her thinking I was a crazy woman. Needless to say, she was super happy when I finally said she could it eat.
Not only does Neiman Marcus dip taste amazing, it’s beyond easy to make. It’s perfect for game-day, last minute guests, and even as an afternoon or late night snack.
Honestly, most of the recipes out the for Neiman Marcus dip call for bacon bits. Um, no. Just no. Real bacon is the only way to go.
Costco (my total go-to for just about anything and everything) has the best pre-cooked bacon ever.
No, seriously. It’s real and it shows. It’s slightly undercooked, which means I can cook it for like one minute in the microwave and it’s like I fried it in a pan.
Trust me, making Neiman Marcus dip with anything but real bacon and it just isn’t the same.
