Did you know that just 8 almonds has the same amount of protein as a 1/4 lb hamburger patty? I know, right? Only these nuts offer a heck of a lot more flavor than plain out-of-the-bag nuts.

Kickin' Spiced Nuts

Ingredients
- 2 egg whites
- 1/4 C sugar
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 T salt
- 1/2 tsp Cayenne
- 1/2 tsp coriander
- 2 T chili powder
- 1 C Almonds
- 1 C Cashews
- 1 C Peanuts
- 1 C Pecans
- 1/2 C Sunflower seeds
- 1 C Dried Cranberries
Instructions
- Whisk egg whites until fluffy
- Add sugar and spices and whisk until well combined
- Add nuts and berries and mix until well coated
- Bake on parchment paper on cookie sheet @350* for 12-15 min until golden
- Stir once or twice during baking
- Cool completely before devouring eating
