Homemade Pico de Gallo is full of spicy flavor and perfect for tacos, nachos or even fish!
We are huge salsa fans at my house, and I’m the biggest. I could seriously eat chips and salsa as a meal. Since it’s not blended, this homemade pico de gallo gives you the full, robust flavors of onion, jalepeno, tomato and cilantro with every bite.
I like to eat it with tacos, {like these carne asada tacos}, on nachos, scrambled eggs, fish, and of course with chips! It goes with so many different foods, so it’s perfect for taking to a potluck or serving at a family dinner. You could even put it in a cute jar with a label for a hostess gift.
