Grilled Sweet Corn on the Cob is delicious, easy to throw together and quick cooking. It’s the perfect side for any BBQ!
I have a confession. I’m not very handy with a grill. I know some of you are fabulous at it, but Mark has always been the one to ‘man’ the grill at our house, so I never really bothered to learn.
A couple of weeks ago, we traveled to Southern California for my nephew’s high school graduation. It was a blast!
My sister’s husband was home on a visit. He’s been working in Hawaii for almost a year, traveling home once a month to visit and it was really great to see him.
The fact that he brought me a big bag of Kona coffee was pretty sweet, too.
After the graduation ceremony, we had pulled pork sandwiches with coleslaw and the best grilled sweet corn on the cob ever.
What I like best about this recipe is that it’s so simple to make, you can totally put the kids to the task.
While you’re heating up the grill, have the kids shuck the ears of corn
We’ve already made this recipe twice in the last week & a half, and it’s sure to be on our summer grilling list for years to come.
