Making Tie Pancakes
First, sift the flour, baking powder, and salt.
This step is very important. It will keep your pancakes from being too heavy.
Next, make a well in the center of your flour mixture and pour in the shake, milk, egg and melted butter.
Now, mix well until it’s smooth.
Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium-high heat.
Put batter in a plastic resealable bag and cut a small piece of the corner with kitchen scissors
Create the outline of a tie shape on the hot griddle.
Fill in the tie with additional pancake batter.
Once pancakes start to form bubbles, flip and cook on remaining side until done. Just a couple of minutes should do it.
Spread each pancake with a thin layer of honey and create a tie design with blueberries and raspberries.
