When it comes to eating healthier, taste isn’t something I’m willing to sacrifice. Over the last few months, I’ve learned several ways to cut back on calories without having to skip eating the foods I love.
Instead of using sour cream, I have switched to plain, non-fat Greek yogurt, and, rather than eating milk chocolate, I’ll have a square of dark chocolate instead. I’ve also discovered Fat Free and Sugar Free French Vanilla creamers from International Delight. I can use the creamers in my coffee without feeling guilty, and, I’ve even incorporated them into one of my favorite breakfast foods, French toast.
