The secret? Premier Protein Vanilla Shakes. With just 160 Calories, 1g of sugar, 24 vitamins and minerals and no artificial colors, this is a shake you can enjoy without guilt. Plus, they are low in fat and high in protein {30g!} The best part? They come in chocolate, too!

Ingredients
- Instant Vanilla Pudding Mix
- 2 Cups of Premier Protein Vanilla Shake
- Handful of Strawberries
- Fresh blueberries
- Strawberry Vanilla Protein Pudding
- Greek Yogurt, Fat-Free
- Granola
- Bananas, Strawberries and Raspberries for garnish
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix instant pudding mix with Premier Protein Vanilla Shake
- Cover with plastic wrap and place in refrigerator to set, about 30 min
- Once set, blend pudding mixture with strawberries
- Layer the pudding, blueberries, granola and yogurt in 4 clear glasses
- Garnish the top with fruits
