Yields 1 pound
Ingredients
- 1 16 ounce box powdered sugar
- 1/3 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 cup light corn syrup
- 3/4 cup peanut butter
- Dash of salt
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Instructions
- Line an 8 x 8 inch baking pan with waxed paper; set aside
- Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl until well combined
- Spread in prepared pan; refrigerate until firm
- Cut into squares and serve

*It may be necessary to use your hands to completely combine the ingredients together, as it becomes too thick to stir
