Do you love easy meal like I do? If you’re anything like me, your day is so packed with family, household duties, and work, to name a few, that you don’t want to spend too much time and energy on meal prep.
The other day at the grocery store, my middle daughter insisted we buy the ingredients for a meal her boyfriend’s mom made for her one night. To be honest, I wasn’t entirely sure about how the recipe was going to turn out, however, it was delicious. Plus, it was ready in just about an hour from start to finish. Serve with a salad & wild rice and you’ve got yourself a perfect meal the whole family will enjoy.

Yields 4-6
Ingredients
- 4-6 boneless, skinless, chicken breasts
- 1 16 oz bottle Wishbone french dressing
- 1 package Lipton onion soup mix
- 1 14 oz can whole cranberry sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- In a large mixing bowl, combine dressing, soup mix and whole cranberry sauce; set aside
- Place chicken in a 9 x 13 baking dish and cover with cranberry mixture
- Bake uncovered for 40 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink in the center
Notes
Serve with wild rice and a green salad
