This easy chocolate fudge recipe is smooth & creamy and melts in your mouth!
I love all things chocolate so Valentine’s Day is right up my alley! I love the aisles and aisles of chocolate treats…chocolate covered cherries, the little heart shaped containers with assorted chocolate yumminess, the GIANT sized hershey kisses. My mouth waters just thinking about it.
This easy chocolate fudge recipe is a Valentine’s Day must for me. It doesn’t take long to make and it’s smooth and creamy.
Combine butter, evaporated milk, sugar, marshmallows and salt in a medium saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly.
Bring mixture to a boil and continue for another five minutes.
Remove from Heat and add 6 ounce package of semi-sweet chocolate pieces, 1 teaspoon vanilla, and walnuts (optional) stirring until completely melted.
Pour into greased 8×8 square pan. Top with sprinkles or nuts and let set, usually overnight.

- 2/3 cups evaporated milk
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 12 large marshmallows
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 6 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
