Sweet and a little salty, these chocolate caramel apple nachos take mere minutes to make and are a perfect snack or dessert, which is great for when the kids are hungry in between meals.
In our house, the kids tend to go straight for chips, boxed mac n’ cheese, or other processed foods. They don’t always like to eat a piece of fruit, but add a little something sweet to it and they’re all over it.
I’m not going to complain, that’s for sure. I mean, if it gets them to eat fruit, yay me!
I love that they’re faster to make than my homemade soft pretzels and aren’t quite as messy to make as my kid friendly peanut butter treats.
In fact, these chocolate caramel apple nachos are a hit with everyone in our house, including my husband.
All you need is a few apples, chocolate melting wafers & caramel dip, and you’ve got a plate of deliciousness.
