Chili Cheese Dip Is As Easy As…
1. Spread cream cheese on the bottom of a glass pie dish. Top with chili and shredded cheddar. I love my Pyrex pie dish. It’s the best!
Check out those layers! Sexy, right? OK whatevs.
2. Now heat the chili cheese dip in the microwave. Yep, totally. You could always put it in the oven, but why? It’s so much faster this way!
Just be sure to cover it with a microwave lid so it doesn’t splatter everywhere and make a huge mess!
3. Grab some chips, I prefer Fritos Scoops. They are seriously perfect for this job. Besides, chili and Fritos just go together.
4. Scoop away!
OMG, will you look at all that cheese? It’s making me want chili cheese dip right now, and I’m not even hungry.
Yes, I can usually always eat, but man. Can I tell you a secret?
I made this chili cheese dip the other night and my kids only got to eat about a fourth of it.
My husband and I literally grabbed the pie dish and the bag of Fritos and ran to the bedroom.
I think it took us all of about ten minutes, it may actually have been less, to eat the whole thing.
We went to town on this chili cheese dip. We made this chili cheese dip our bitch.
