Chai Tea Latte Popsicles are so cool and refreshing- and made with real cream. The perfect way to cool off on a hot summer day!
I discovered the Chai tea latte a few years ago, and I’ll admit, I was quite addicted for some time. I think it was the blend of spices that initially hooked me. And the creaminess. Oh my, such creaminess! I could literally suck them down in about 30 seconds flat. I had to learn to control myself, you know, really taste and enjoy each sip.
One day, my husband and I were in the coffee house drive-thru line, each getting our favorite drink. As we were driving away, he asked if he could try mine. I was reluctant, {I’m not very good at sharing}, but I let him have a sip anyway. He was instantly in love.
We love to drink it hot in the winter, and iced the other 9 months of the year {hey, when you love in Southern AZ, all you get is 3 months of relief from the heat!}.
The other day it dawned on me, why not make popsicles? Success; these Chai Tea Latte Popsicles taste just like a latte and are perfect for cooling off by the pool with, too.
