Can you think of a better way to warm up your insides than with a spiked caramel apple cider topped with whipped cream and dripping with sweet caramel? I think not.
I love apples with caramel, as you can tell by these chocolate caramel apple nachos. In fact, it was while making the nachos that I realized what I really needed to make was a cocktail.
I don’t want you to be alarmed – there aren’t any long steps to this recipe. While caramel takes time, is extremely hot, and you’ve got to be meticulous while making it, you won’t be experiencing any burns, I promise. Well, except for the ones you may receive from getting too lose to the fire while sipping it, but I take no responsibility for that 🙂
This recipe uses all store-bought ingredients, including the caramel, because who wants to wait that long for a cocktail?
Easily doubled, tripled or more, you’ll want to make sure you have plenty of ingredients on hand. Ready in just a few minutes, {prep time will increase if you make a large batch}, this is one recipe you’ll want to make over and over.
