Now for the food! You’re going to love this cabbage salad. You know I’m all about easy, right? I know I’ve mentioned that at least a few times over the past week. Because, seriously, who wants to be turning the oven on in 100+ degree weather if we don’t have to?
Recipe adapted from Gourmet Garden

Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp Gourmet Garden Ginger
- 1 Tbsp Gourmet Garden Garlic
- 1 tsp Gourmet Garden Chili Pepper
- 3 Tbsp Red wine vinegar
- 2 Tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
- 2 C Cabbage, shredded
- 2 C Purple cabbage, shredded
- 1 C Snap peas, raw
- 2 Green onions, sliced
- 1 8-oz can Mandarin oranges, drained
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine first four ingredients, mixing well
- Combine remaining ingredients in a large bowl; add dressing ad toss to coat
- Top with chow mein noodles, if desired
