I was thrilled when I received this package of Broadway imPRESS Manicure nails to try. I love having my nails painted, but I don’t often have the time to do them myself or have them done for me. I also love long nails, but mine don’t grow very well and the acrylics cause too much damage to the nail bed. Plus, the up-keep can be costly. With imPRESS Manicure nails, I can have long, painted nails in no time at a fraction of the cost, and they last up to a week.
imPRESS Manicure nails are really very east to put on. I simply matched the different sizes to each of my nails and lined them up in order, as to not get confused about which nail went on which finger. Next, I wiped each nail off with the cleansing pad that was included. I then removed the plastic strip from one of the nails and pressed it onto my corresponding nail. I repeated those two simple steps with each of my nails, being sure to do my thumbs last. Five minutes later and I was done! No dry time and no glue. Plus, they’re easy to remove {I should know, since I put one on crooked and had to re-position it}.
The only drawback for me was that the kit didn’t include any nails that were large enough for my wide thumbs. Plus, I wasn’t that crazy about the style I received {Space Cadet}. Fortunately, imPRESS Manicure nails come in a wide variety of colors, including trendy brights, classic darks and animal prints, so I’m sure to find several that fit my taste.
imPress Manicure retails for $5.99 for colors and $7.99 for patterns, and is available at CVS, Rite Aid, Duane Reade, KMart, Walgreens, Walmart and more. Products that make it easier for me to get exactly the look that I want are good for me to use. I avoid the extra cost plus I get beautiful nails in a jiffy. Maybe they need a pair that is slightly wider for thumbs.
