Ingredients
- 1 baguette bread loaf, sliced about 1/4 inch think
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Blue cheese crumbles {enough for tops of toasted baguette slices}
- 1/2 cup diced tomato
- 1 green onion, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- Place slice baguette flat side down on a baking sheet
- Brush with olive oil
- Toast in oven for 10-15 minutes, until light brown
- Top each slice with blues cheese crumbles, diced tomatoes and sliced green onions
- Serve warm
