Hi Everyone, it’s me Kelley from Miss Information! I’m baaaaaaaaaack and so excited to be sharing with you again! Today I am bringing you very berry muffin cookies! You may not know but I love making cookies with cake mix. Recently I found these when I was looking around Pinterest and decided to make them with a few slight changes.
Now, I learned something interesting when making these cookies. I noticed she used Crisco and thought, why not butter? I did a little research and Crisco will make your cookies higher and lighter, while butter makes them flatter and crispier. I decided to do an experiment and do a little of both, it turned out so tasty. I get the buttery flavor with a crunchy exterior and a soft inside. These cookies are so yummy and a great treat for your Valentine!
