Ingredients
- 1 lb thin boneless pork chops, cut in bite-sized pieces
- 1/8 C taco seasoning
- 1 Tbsp oil
- 1/4 C peach preserves
- 1 8 oz jar salsa
Instructions
- In a zip-close bag, combine pork and taco seasoning; shake until well coated
- Heat oil in a saute pan; brown pork
- Stir in preserves and salsa; cover and simmer for 15 min
- Serve over rice
